Please let your IT know the following if you receive an error while uploading your results: The
sendmail.exe file that grabs a zip file that contains the xml data with the meet results and emails it to
us, is usually blocked by university security, we do use encryption on some of the xml files that
include personal user information and that also may be cause for being flagged by antivirus. We
allow the database to be overwritten so a meet running multiple tables can work on one database
and then move it over to the other computers to start the meet with all computers with the same
data. So if possible for the software to run normally, have IT whitelist the meetcontrol installation
folder and allow writing to this folder, and also writing to C:\MeetControl_Exchange (a backup of
results of each event run on the computer is left on that folder)

We are pleased to announce that we have added the new Team Event for the NCAA Season. We have upgraded our software to comply with this new event in which 3 divers dive 2 dives each to represent a Team.
For this, we are using a Single DiveMeets ID that is assigned the dive sheet, and the 3 divers that are part of the team are selected (during registration) for each dive to be performed.
DiveMeets will provide you with a Women Team ID and a Men Team Id. The coach will be able to register a team of his/her divers. If you have the software installed on your computer from your previous season and because of your computer security restrictions you needed to get IT involved in the installation, we suggest you contact them, and ask them to replace the files updated in the installation folder. The zip file containing the files to be replaced can be found here:
https://secure.meetcontrol.com/divemeets/system/download/files/meetcontrol_upgrade17.zip
Instructions for IT: Extract the files in zip file to the Meetcontrol software installation folder and replace. Once you run the application again on the main screen of the software (bottom right) you should be able to see that the software version is 17.0.
If your computer does not have IT strict restrictions (you got the software installed last year without IT). The new version of the software with a new installer can be found here https://secure.meetcontrol.com/divemeets/system/download/files/setup_meetcontrol17_0e.exe
